Because we wanted the Sandtray Summit to be as accessible as possible to everyone, we choose to host our conference in Orlando, FL.

Orlando has an extremely accessible airport for those flying in from all over the States AND has lots to do for the whole family. 

The 2022 Sandtray Summit will be held at The Lake Buena Vista Disney Spring Resort 

The Disney Springs™ Resort boasts two Official Walt Disney World® hotels, the Wyndham and the Wyndham Garden, both connected to the conference center and steps away from the newly-remodeled Disney Springs™ attractions.  You can find cuisine from all over the world within the Disney Springs™ area as well as many other cool shops and attractions for the entire family. 

To help you really enjoy and to encourage you to make a mini-vacation for yourself and/or your family, we’ve secured a block of discounted hotel rooms for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference.  

The Disney Springs™ Resort has several pools, dining options and well appointed rooms.  As with all previous Sandtray Summit's, we want your time at the Sandtray Summit to not only be skill and confidence building but also a place for you to rest and restore. 

After you register for the conference, you’ll receive an email with a special link to book your rooms at the discounted rate.  But, don’t delay! We only reserved a limited number of rooms for the conference and when they are gone, that it is it! 

The discounted rates range from $109 to $139 per night, which is much less than regular rates at Disney Resorts.
